Final product quality depends, in great measure, on base image selection.
Images for wood engravings
Engraved image will be more attractive when original digital image have noticeable contrasts.
We are offering quite large reproduction sizes. To ensure that the final results quality is the best (without "pixeled" effect), it is important to have the right original file.

Images for printing
In order to get correct printing results, it is necessary a minimum resolution in the image file, according to the final printing size:
(*): minimum resolution that the camera used to take the photo should have (in Megapixel). Take into account that, depending on camera settings, the photos it takes might no be using its full capacity, and therefore be smaller (lower resolution).
We accept most of the standard digital formats (jpg, tif, eps, gif,...).
The lowest the file compression, the better. When using vectorial files, quality lost for larger prints is minimized.
Some kinds of files are using external fonts (ie. .pdf files). In this case it is necesary to send the fonts incrusted or attached to the file.
Our printing systems are working with CMYK colours. If the files we receive are using RGB colour mode, it is posible to have some small deviation in the printed picture.
