Personal data procedure
GRAFFUS is concerned about our customers security and private data protection. Besides minimum regulation requirements, data collection and management are carried out under a high security levels, to avoid any data lost and any unauthorised data access. According Spanish law 15/1999, 13th December referred to personal data protection, we inform that all the data given through order forms and any other personal data received at GRAFFUS, will be stored in a database owned and managed by GRAFFUS. This information will be used to manage orders, its payments, as well as sending information about GRAFFUS products and services, and other related companies comercial advertising.
Your agreement to recieve GRAFFUS products information and other companies carefully selected by GRAFFUS, will be confirmed with no ambiguity when data is comunicated to GRAFFUS. This advertising can be sent using any mean, including automatic phone call using telecomunications systems without human involvement, SMS messages, MMS messages and e-mails. In no case, data stored will be given to advertising companies.
Unless the opposite is specifically expressed, it will be necessary to complete all data required on the web forms. In case all mandatory data is not given, GRAFFUS can, depending on the case, not carry out the order.
Right of access, modification and/or cancelation can be carried out at any time, as well as express your wish of NOT receiving any kind of advertising. To do this:
- send a written communication to GRAFFUS ('ref LOPD'), C/ Marc Castanyer 2, Balenya (Barcelona), 08550 - SPAIN, attaching a copy of an identification document
- or send a message to info@e-graffus.com with 'LOPD' as subject, indicating complete name, customer number and the sentence:"I DON'T WANT TO RECEIVE ANY GRAFFUS ADVERTISING and/or I DON'T WANT TO RECEIVE ANY ADVERTISING FROM ANY OTHER GRAFFUS RELATED COMPANIES".
